Yes absoultely, we understand that sometimes when you buy online it’s difficult to know your size.

We are happy to accept items back that haven’t been worn. We can then either alter the garment for you or make you a new one. Please reach out within 2 days of recieving the garment.

We can then advise on how to return it to us. Please return items in the original packaging.

We appreciate if you send the garment back at your cost, and we will return the altered or new garment to you free of charge.

We are very flexible with returns and our main goal is that you end up with a garment you are 100% happy with. We will go out of our way to make sure this happens!

All our garments are made to a standard size range but in some cases they may run a little bigger than normal. It is best to reach out to us if you are unsure at all then we can help you figure out the best option. We make to order and are happy to adjust length to suit you specially. We also offer different options for adjusting the fit of the waistband on our leggings and pants.

If your garment has arrived with some sort of fault, either in the stitching or a flaw in the fabric, we will replace the garment swiftly. Please take a photo of the fault and contact us immediately.

If you have been wearing the garment for over a year or more, and a fault has occured please still take a photo and contact us. We pride ourselves on making quality garments that stand the test of time. We can discuss what the best option is and in some cases we are happy to repair the garment. Please be aware that general wear and tear will occur, especially with natural fabric as it softens and ages over time.

In the case of a faulty garment we can offer a refund. In general we do avoid refunds as we make to order and we go out of our way to create garments that are made specially for you.

You will notice a difference if you’re used to wearing lycra. If you like your leggings to be extra fitted you may need a smaller size than usual in Felix leggings. We use natural fabrics with only 5% or less spandex. The fabric has 4-way stretch, yet it will feel very different to lycra if that is what you’re used to. Any questions at all we are happy to help.
